1. You don’t have to do the survey – it’s up to you.
2. This survey is anonymous, we will not ask you for your name or detailed information.
3. Be aware you may provide information that can identify you, even if you don’t give your name.
4. If you give personal information and later wish you hadn’t, we will do our very best to delete your survey. Please reach out to privacy@mindofmyown.org.uk.
